POSIS IROAD has determined that a number of IROAD V9s2 dash camera devices may experience blurry footage recording. This affects devices within a limited serial number range that were manufactured between July 2016 and February 2017.
If you have experienced this issue, please check with the serial number as follows to see if the device is eligible for a free-of-charge replacement and a one-year warranty extension.
Serial number beginning with: 1671 / 1677 / 167F / 167N / 1689 / 168K / 168T / 1699 / 16A1 / 16A9 / 16AK / 16AP / 16BN / 16C2 / 16C9 / 1712 / 1719 / 171K / 1721 / 1723 / 1728 / 1729 / 172N
We will only accept HK authorized product, please prepare your certified warranty card or proof of purchase. If customers are not able to show appropriate proof of purchase from authorized IROAD seller in Hong Kong, replacement and Warranty extension will be denied.
If you have already replaced your faulty device, please visit our HK service center in order to get a warranty extension card.
There is a problem with the IROAD V9S2 lens which could cause burry issue.
When the lens in the dash camera is being used for a long time under heat, air from the outside environment would infiltrate into the lens which create water vapor as the same time and causes burry issue and result in poor image quality.
For all IROAD V9S2 products which were manufactured from July 2016 to February 2017 are affected by the same issue.
